Initiation of Work: We begin work on your project within 72 hours after receiving your order and payment. Project Timelines: The timeline for project completion varies depending on its complexity. Typical timeframes range from 3 to 14 months. Specific timelines will be provided during the project planning phase.
Delivery Methods: The delivery method for each project depends on its nature:
System Customizations: Delivered directly to the client's system.
Advertisements: Managed and delivered through advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. Websites or Funnels: Delivered and deployed on various hosting platforms as specified by the client.
Delivery Timeframe: Delivery times range from 72 hours to 14 months, based on the project scope and complexity.
Expedited Delivery: Expedited delivery options are available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Communication Methods: We provide updates via email, text messages, phone calls, project management software, and system updates.
Status Updates: Customers will receive confirmation emails upon placing an order and regular updates on the project status throughout its lifecycle.
Cancellation Policy: Monthly services or software system subscriptions can be canceled with a minimum notice of 30 days before the next billing date. There are no refunds for completed work.
Refund Policy:No refunds are provided once work has been completed. Refunds or credits are not issued for partial or unused services.
Phased Delivery: Larger projects may be delivered in phases or milestones, each requiring approval and payment upon completion.
Payment Per Milestone: Payments for these projects are due at each milestone or phase, as outlined in the project agreement.
